Christian Ministers fail for the same reason that everyone else fails - nobody's perfect. Extraordinary disappointment implies a preference, an expectation even, that a certain entity not fail; however, any thorough reading of whatever religious text a person subscribes, or of life in general, would show that such a view is foolish.
